Terms and Conditions

1. The hirer is responsible for the good order of the venue during the hire period and for ensuring that all guests behave appropriately. 2. The venue may only be used for the purpose stated in the booking. Any change of use requires prior written approval. 3. The hirer is responsible for leaving the hall, furniture, kitchen, toilets and all used spaces in a clean and tidy condition. 4. Any breakages, damage, extraordinary cleaning or losses may be charged to the hirer and deducted from any deposit paid. 5. The hirer must ensure that noise levels are controlled and that local residents are respected, especially on arrival and departure. 6. The hirer is responsible for compliance with all health and safety, licensing and fire safety requirements applicable to the event. 7. The venue reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in the event of a breach of the agreement, unsafe activity or non-payment. 8. The hirer confirms that they are over 25 years of age and that all details submitted in this agreement are true and correct. 9. By submitting this form, the hirer agrees that the typed signature entered in the form constitutes acceptance of this Hall Hire Agreement.
